Ms. Dubow was born in Berwyn, Illinois. She attended the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, where she received her bachelor's degree in English in 1987. In 1990, she earned her juris doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. She was admitted to Illinois State Bar in 1991. In 1993 Ms. Dubow was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar) and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. She was admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 1998. She was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court in 2000. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.Read More >

Ms. Dubow has tried, arbitrated, and mediated numerous matters in both Illinois and California. Her areas of specialization include tort defense, non-profit liability defense, products liability, professional liability defense, employment law, commercial and real property litigation, environmental and toxic tort, and business litigation.
