Mr. Weinberger was born in Basel, Switzerland. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Irvine in 1984. Mr. Weinberger earned his juris doctorate from American College of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of California. During law school, Mr. Weinberger was a member of the moot court team and principal writer for the California Traynor Moot Court Competition. Mr. Weinberger has extensive experience in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including, Construction Litigation, municipal defense, product liability, premises liability and bodily injury. Mr. Weinberger presently focuses his practice on general liability and construction litigation . He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
