Mr. Turigliatto was born in Lynwood, California. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine, in 1989. He earned his juris doctorate degree in 1993 from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He was an extern law clerk to the Honorable A. Andrew Hauk, United States District Court for the Central District of California, in 1992.Mr. Turigliatto was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 1993. In 1996, he was admitted to the bars of the United States District for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He specializes in general negligence, complex multi-party construction litigation , products liability, professional liability litigation, and commercial/business litigation.
