In 2007, Mr. Mehta earned his J.D. degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School. During his time at the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Mehta was a teaching assistant for Contracts and Property Law courses. During that time, Mr. Mehta also served as President of the local chapter of the South Asian and Asian Pacific Law Students Association (APALSA/SALSA).
Mr. Mehta was admitted to the California and Wisconsin State Bars in 2007. He is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and South Asian Bar Association. Mr. Mehta is experienced in matters of product liability, mold litigation, complex construction litigation, and general liability, including catastrophic torts.
